Corrective action –
16OCT15: Waiting for Paul Ryan from Sun Metals to provide clear evidence that AS1242 is equivalent to SHG Zinc 99.995% Need to also get Sun Metals to include the rev of the AS1242 standard (requested 27OCT15). 28OCT15: Received AS1242-1985 standard. Which confirms alloy specification complies with designation SHG Zinc 99.995%. Also reviewed the chemical compositions specified on the LME website (https://www.lme.com/~/media/Files/Branding/Chemical%20composition/Non%20ferrous/Chemical%20composition%20-%20Zinc.pdf) to confirm that the alloy composition is compliant. 14DEC15: Checked Sun Metals certificates. They meet the requirements. Paul Ryan needs to ensure that the certificates state AS1242 "-1985" and they need to be signed. He has been informed of these requirements.
Verification –Issue closed, but need check future Certs for revision of AS1242 and check that they are signed off.
