Description –
John from Marine Trade Supplies has complained about the labeling on our Imperial Shaft anodes for some time. He has to explain the labelling to his customers every time they want to buy an imperial shaft anode. the problem is that they are labelled eg "25" for a 1" imperial shaft anode and "25M" for a metric 25mm shaft anode. John is sick of this issue and is threatening to change to AMS Martyr brand.
We are in the process of re-labeling all of our shaft anodes eg "CAA 1" for 1" and "CAA 25M" for 25mm. This will eliviate the problem long term. The 1", 1 1/4", 2", 30M and 50M are complete and ready for sale. We are currently waiting on the machine shop to get the remainder completed.
Immediate action –John to send back their 25M to be replaced with 1"
Root cause –Historic labeling of shaft anodes
Corrective action –
09AUG18: All labels have now been replaced, so all anodes are clearly labelled with the correct part numbers.
