Source of issue –Redesign of Paynes Anode Inserts
Description –
Refer to the attached photo. Paynes anode inserts have been re-designed with rounded ends. The previous design had sharp edges which were a cutting hazard for CAA staff, Paynes Staff and also the end user.
The inserts also have "PAYNE" stamped into them. This will assist with product identification, especially when the anodes have deteriorated. It will assist with quality control and also re-purchasing.
