Source of issue –Dave from Victory Parts emailed LS
Description –
Dave emailed...not one we sell very often but have had 4 break over the last few years & the customers claim it is not due to over tightening. I was able to break one by hand today while checking for defects."
Immediate action –LS emailed back indicating we would replace free of charge + check all in stock (qty 80) them check with Supplier
Root cause –LS to discuss with Metal Distributors
Corrective action –
28AUG24: LS waiting to hear back from Metal Distributors. Leave open until we hear from Max.
18AUG25: No reply from Metal Distributors. We need to check these when they arrive. Note put against this anode in Brainstorm.
