Description –
John Lance (MTS Owner) emailed LS photo of CDZ4-325 with Cold Folds.
Immediate action –LS offered replacement
Root cause –Poor casting and post casting quality inspection
Corrective action –
LS had meeting with all casting staff to remind all of importance of correct casting processes and to ensure that post casting inspections identify and remove non conforming product.
28AUG24: Aesthetically not good enough, but functionally OK. Toolbox talk to discuss this (and other casting issues).
18AUG25: Cast quality improved. No similar issues.
