Description –
Customer (Marine Plus) emailed to say that their customer has had problems fitting the CDZ9-025B anode. Their attaching bolt is bottoming out before it gets tight. DF checked the anodes compered to the zinc version CDZ9-025B and there is a 2mm difference in recess. I have advised marine plus that using a washer would work, but its sounded like their customer doesn't want to use a washer.
Immediate action –offiered to replace with a checked anode to have the smalest recess, let him know a washer or sanding down his bolt by 2mm would work.
Root cause –Supplier to advise

T.B.C I will email supplier and full in when I have a reply.
