Source of issue –Palletmaster unable to supply
Description –
As of 10JAN18: We emailed a PO to Palletmaster on the 13th of November 2017 (Po no 15042). They are yet to supply and have not adequately explained why there has been a delay.
We are very short on pallets and have been using any pallets that we can find.
Immediate action –No longer use Palletmaster - Found alternative, Seapal Pallets and Crates
