Source of issue –MMA Offshore: 2 x PO's not dispatched
Description –
On 2 occasions BL received PO from MMA Offshore and they were not processed.
O/N 1077572 originally ordered 10JUL17, dispatched 04SEP17
O/N 1078495 originally ordered 27JUL17, dispatched 13SEP17
On both occasions Richard followed up asking about the delivery of these anodes. On both occasions we had to apologise and dispatch urgently.
Immediate action –Anodes dispatched urgently.
Root cause –BL appears to have not forwarded PO's to Jody and to Stores.
Corrective action –
BL requested that Richard update his ordering system to email all PO's to BL and also to sales@cathodicanodes.com.au
Richard has made the change to his ordering system.
Verification –Keep open for 6 months to see if re-occurrence. 11MAY18: 13 orders. No problems. Issue Closed
