Source of issue –RG emailed H Stirling to confirm ETA for O/N 14219
Description –
01/05/17: RG Emailed HS to inquire about ETA for O/N 14219
02/05/17: HS replied saying it would leave later this week. RG " We expected the order to arrive any day"..."By the time the order arrives, it will be 5 months since placement of order."
04/05/17: HS apologised, Reason for delay was that clipboard was loaded with so many jobs that the clipboard fell off the wall. A number of orders (incl ours) fell behind a cabinet and were not recognised for a number of weeks. We were assured that this would not occur again.
Immediate action –Inform customers that stock on certain anodes will not be available for another 4-6 weeks.
Root cause –Clipboard fel off wall, order lost behind cabinet.
Corrective action –
HS informed us that staff have been informed about the possibility of this happening and she is confident that it will not occur again.
Also, CAA orders are to be prioritised wherever possible, due to the long delivery period.
01AUG17: 2 most recent orders have been prioritised.
Verification –12 Months. 50 orders. No problems. Issue Closed
