Description –
Care Free Conditioners O/N 2010867, special anodes 375mm long Mg rods with 6mm hole in one end, supplied with dull finish.
Immediate action –Customer given $1.25 discount per anode.
Root cause –Anodes with dull finish supplied to customer
Corrective action –
Customer given a $1.25/anode (100 anodes) price reduction to pay for them to clean them at their premises. Stores informed of the issue and trained in minimal cleanliness standards. Spot checks to be carried out for future orders.
Verification –Customer satisfied with solution.
