McCoy Engineering – Supplied Navy Type 4A instead of 4B

Navy Type 4A anodes sent to McCoy’s when Type 4B were ordered. LS investigated the issue, but it was unclear whether the anode type was incorrectly relayed to the staff on the Production Board or whether it was incorrectly read off the production board.

All relevant staff reminded of process. Info added to procedure Customer POs and Contacts.
